Always thought it was hard to work on your abs muscles? so no.
Hey here’s Or again.
And today I will show you that you can develop abs muscles without any work on your stomach by work out plans for man!
You’re probably confused right now, so was I when I first heared about this and found out it’s true.
And I’ll also show you that it can work on you as well.
So a few years ago I didn’t have any abs muscles and decided to change it, I saw all the pretty girls love abs muscles and it looks very good in the sea and eye attracting.
I wanted those abs so bad, wanted to be the one that everyone looks at, but unfortunately it wasn’t me.
So I decided to work hard on the stomach muscles and learnt from the best in the field, but after a long time all I had is strong stomach but barely weak four squares abs.
I was so dissapointed. So I decided to take the man’s training progarm one step further and double the amount of stomach exercises.
I must say that luckly I got out of it healthly because many other people destroyed their backs because of it!
I was working almost everyday on the stomach mucles without giving it any rest.
I was thinking I got a strong stomach but no.
Also I doubled the amount of stomach exercises and the workout time in the GYM was almost two hours!, It was crazy workout time, way too much.
After seeing that it does not work, I did not stop and tried protien poweders and still not the results I was looking for.
All I wanted is good looking abs so I can go to the sea and look good!
But unfortunately it didn’t happen dosen’t matter what I did.
Untill friends showed me a whole different world!, something that changed my abs forever, now I have almost eight squares!
And now let’s return to the question how to work on the abs muscles without even working on them
So any action that the body does wheather it’s running or raising body-mass,
The body keeps it’self straight to keep your breathing ways open
So every time we make any effort wihtout even paying attention our abs muscles works.
Try once to look at a well-built, running shirtless man, you’ll probably see his abs working.
Same for you.
Always remmber that the abs muscles are like any other muscles in the body and they need rest.
Today I’m only doing one abs exerxise per two training and my results are in the sky!
But it does not ends here, there’s more things I didn’t know myself untill I find out something that changed my life.
